Our restaurant is called Hemingway, due to the fact that Ernest Hemingway was a renounced connoisseur of the good things in life. He enjoyed travelling the globe, drinking quality wines and delicate viands. We love to work with local products. The rest is filled up with honest and responsible goods. Fresh produce is delivered to us on a daily basis and we want to offer you the best from the ‘Brabantse Wal’. Our Chef Sander Doggen creates exciting combinations and gives an alternative twist the classic French cuisine.
Enjoy our classic and modern French menu with local and global influences. In our menu you can find a choice menu and of course you can also enjoy à la carte! The menu is created consciously by our Chef, as you can see we solely work with honest (local) products.
An exceptional wine list is also part the identity of our restaurant. The wine list exists of a great selection of wines selected by our Viticulturist Guus van Dijk. The wine list presents established and alternative wines alongside one another, such as classic Bordeaux wines next to wines with comparable qualities from lesser-known, inspired winemakers. We can arrange suitable wines to go along with your dishes for 7,00 per glass.
